i stayed about 15 days in this hotel, I did enjoy my stay.
I booked via booking.com but when arrived there was no booking but the receptionist offered me a junior suite for the price of a room.
Location is in Hamra so it is close to everything, there is a big supermarket also a couple of hundreds meters away.
The suite was tidy. Clean, comfy , and spacious, with extra draps for the cold. There was a 6 small fridge, a microwave and a kettle with a couple of dishes cups and spoons.
Tha staff was friendly and responsive, there was a couple of times where i didn't find towels when I'm back, but i called the reception and the towels arrived within seconds.
Yhe wifi works great, the air conditioning wasnt very noisy, but the lights from the signs out side was a little annoying at nights , however there was good curtins.Date of stay: November 2015Trip type: Traveled on business
I stayed in this hotel on New Year's Eve. The hotel is very welcoming. They even called me personally before my arrival to check what kind of bed I prefer.
The room is clean, and spacious enough to stay at.
I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 as there was no view from the balcony and the bed was little hard.
Overall, it is near everywhere in Alhamra Street and good if you are not into luxury.
